The item will remain in its box, and unpacking or removal of packaging materials is not included. A signature is required at the time of delivery, unless shipped via UPS or another small parcel carrier, which do not schedule delivery appointments. Please note, delivery does not include carrying items up stairs.

Return Policy
Grayson Living has a strict return policy, so please make your selection carefully. To initiate a return, submit a request by following this link. Eligible returns must be made within 7 days of the delivery date and will incur a 35% restocking fee, along with outbound and return shipping charges.
How Do I Change My Order?
Changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of ordering. After that, our standard return policy applies, including a 35% restocking fee and shipping charges for eligible returns.
For backordered items—those that are currently out of stock—cancellations must be requested no later than 30 days before the current estimated ship date. This excludes custom or made-to-order items, which cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
