Availability: Floor Samples are sold on a first come first serve basis, and availability is subject to verification. Contact us to confirm an item's availability before making your purchase.
Sale Terms: Floor Samples and Open Box Items are sold as is and cannot be returned or exchanged. Once your order is placed, our team will pull and inspect your items before shipping. Inspection photos will be sent to you via email and any concerns must be made via email within 5 business days.

Return Policy
Grayson Living has a strict return policy, so please make your selection carefully. To initiate a return, submit a request by following this link. Eligible returns must be made within 7 days of the delivery date and will incur a 35% restocking fee, along with outbound and return shipping charges.
How Do I Change My Order?
Changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of ordering. After that, our standard return policy applies, including a 35% restocking fee and shipping charges for eligible returns.
For backordered items—those that are currently out of stock—cancellations must be requested no later than 30 days before the current estimated ship date. This excludes custom or made-to-order items, which cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
